Today's blog is dedicated to all the 2019 graduates, whether it is grade school, high school, trade school, college, or just a season of life, I hope today's blog is an encouragement to you, too!
That verse above is one we have told our boys their whole lives. God will bless everything you put your hand to. What good news for any of us as we venture out into our dreams! "Putting your hand to it" involves work and diligence of course. There is a God part and a man part. Something my oldest son has always said is ,"I do my best, and God does the rest." My! How simple is that if we could just really love that way?!
May your life always always be marked with "favor like a shield", so that as you step into a new phase, you can do so with confidence, expecting favor and success. if you are a parent of a graduate, be thankful for the spiritual root system your child has on which to build. Because of this, you can expect success. Expect favor. Expect your child to plan on doing his/her best and looking to God to make up the difference. Simple, yet very profound.
Happy Graduation! Way to go! The world awaits you. Go leave your mark! Don't look back. Never ever give up. You've got what it takes! Go for it! Don't hold back. If you can see, it you can be it!
